Another Thanksgiving

-Thursday is Thanksgiving Day in U.S., my favorite holiday. I am hosting the Thanksgiving dinner for the first time. Every year we have been invited for Thanksgiving but this year I decided to invite close family and have the party at our house. As maybe most of you know on Thanksgiving Day Americans eat turkey. Poor turkeys, hundreds of thousands of them getting killed and eaten by people!

Making turkey and its side dishes has its own customs. There are tons of different recipes for turkey online and I have been asking around and checking out the recipes in last couple of weeks. I am going to make other dishes in case my turkey does not turn out good!
 This Thanksgiving, I am so thankful for having my two boys, health, my Mom, my husband, my work and living in a free country that gives me my human rights and does not treat me as a second class citizen because I am a woman!

-They finally came to some agreement between Iran and P 5+1 on Iran's nuclear energy development. This is just the first step and I hope that things get better not worse. It all depends on how Iranian government stands by its promises! It is such a big pity that Iranian government's defiance in last 8 years destroyed Iran's economy to it's bone and impacted people's daily life in such a dramatic manner. When modern countries like Germany start shutting down their nuclear plants because of the risk of the atomic leakage in the time of natural disaster like what happened in Japan, insisting on having nuclear energy and enriching uranium to the level that destroys people's life is just pure idiotic to me! Iran has huge areas in south that are desert where you can create solar energy for the whole region and is so earth friendly and it is the path that all the modern countries have started to go with. Using solar energy or wind power is a lot more cost effective and earth friendly. Oh well, what I am taking about, lots of people know that these are just dirty political tricks to steal more from people and make them more poor and desperate so they won't have time to think and want a better life…

- I watched a very good movie the other night "The word". I really enjoyed it.
