Happy New Year

-I have been home with kids since last Wednesday and it has been better than I thought. We had fun together and I enjoyed spending time with them. They are the most precious things that I have in life! I took them to Lego land on Tuesday and other days we played, read together at home or went out for shopping, playing at park and etc.

- I cannot believe that 2009 is coming to an end (in some of the parts of the world already ended at this moment) it flew so fast! I wish that we will have a more peaceful world next year and also economy picks up all around the world. I truly hope that all those people that are looking for jobs can find their suitable jobs in 2010.
-My family and I have been blessed in lots of ways in last year. Thank god we all have been healthy and we both of have had our jobs. I was moved to my new team last year in January and i was not happy about it in the beginning at all but now I look at it as a good opportunity and I learned so many new Technologies in 2009 which was worth learning them. One more time in my life I learned not to be too judgmental when it comes to new things and changes and look at the positive side of things more. My husband and I had out ups and downs but overall we still love each other and we love to keep our family as it is now.

-Another great thing about 2009 was US election and presidency of President Obama. I believe that he is a great man and he already has initiated so many good things not just in US but in the whole world. I have a great faith in him and I am sure that he makes thing better, just needs more time. I am a big fan of him and have high respect for him.

-I feel that I became even more liberal in year of 2009 and look at lots of things differently.

-I truly wish that Iran's situation get better for people and Iranian movement can continue until people can get their rights and freedom.

I wish you all a very happy New Year full of joy, health and happiness.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

-My Mother-in-law changed her plan again and did not come, so I and my husband had to take more time off and since he already had taken 2 weeks off I took more time off and my brother-in-law and his wife helped us on Tuesday! It was a disaster, she just told us on Friday night that she would not be here on Sunday! how unreliable!! any way I am home since yesterday and next week. actually this is the first time that I am alone with kids the whole week except my maternity leave time. Whenever we take vacation we take it together and we do something together with kids but this time I will experience life of house wives with two kids for 10 days!!

-I wish every one a Merry Christmas and I hope that where ever you live, you have a wonderful New Year full of happiness and prosperity.

PS: This is my house with Christmas lights decoration!

Too much work!

As I wrote before my Mom Has traveled to Iran for a visit. It is almost two weeks now but it has not been that easy on us. Since she left, it got really cold and rainy, so I had to take my older son to school so dad did not take the little one out so I needed some change in my work schedule then my little one got sick (although we tried to be very careful )and had fever and cough! We took him to Doctor and he had his first Antibiotic of his life! I needed to stay home with him for two days! This week my husband has got tired of babysitting already, so as soon as I get home he starts nagging me a lot, last night I could not control myself when he said I have been taking care of your kids all day now it is your turn and it was just 10 minutes that I had got home from work! He talked like I had these kids when I married him!!!!!!!!!! So you can guess that we got to a fight!
I am tired of running around and hearing nags all the time too. I know that babysitting is hard especially for men but I go to work and I am very busy at work!
Any way my Mother-in-law is finally coming hopefully this Sunday, so I stay home with kids (schools are off from this Monday till after new year) on Monday, so she rests and little one gets used to her. I have to be at work rest of the week because we have a very expensive consultant from Scotland on the site and I have to be there! I hope that would be easy for my little one to get used to his grand ma! The week between Christmas and New Year I have taken off so it would be smoother hopefully! My mom comes back after New Year.
It is indeed hard to have young children and be a professional woman! I have to play so many roles in life! Sometimes I wish I was a cat in a rich family so I would sleep all day long!

Missing Mom

My mom has traveled to Iran for a one month visit. She had to take care of some paper works and she missed my other brother and his family there a lot too. On top of all these she was tired and needed a break. Any way she has gone and I already miss her. My Mother-in-law was supposed to come and help us with kids but she called and changed her plans. She says that she has some important legal matter regarding her propertires that she should take care of. Any way I did not want my Mom to change her plans so we decided that my husband takes off for two weeks and then her mom comes and helps out for few days and I will take off from work between Christmas and New year. Hopefully it all works out.
The funny thing is that my husband should play house wife role for two weeks, may be that is a good experience for him. Now he will appreceite my mom's help a lot more!

Wish us luck!!!!!!!!
