Mix

-I like lots of Iranians all around the world watched Oscar with more excitement this year. Lots of people had predicted that "A separation" would win Oscar for foreign language film but you never know until the end. Any way it was nice and pleasant to see that director Farhadi won and mostly because as he said it himself in these days bazaar news about Iran and shadow of war with Iran, Iran's name was announced for a good thing and for wining an award in art not for making nuclear bomb, human rights violations, extreme inflations, etc. I saw this movie couple months ago and for the first time after watching an Iranian movie the first thought in my mind was, how real was the movie and how real all actors and actresses had played their role! Anyway, many congratulation to Mr. Farhadi and all his crew.

- My aunt left in 2nd week of February. It was a nice visit. It is amazing that when you spend time with your relatives after you have been far from them for a while and now you have your own life and are a grown up, you see and feel different characteristics that you never paid attention to it. It seems that you know that person a lot better. For people like me that have immigrated and have not been with relatives long enough and visits have been short and sweet, spending more time with them for a while is like knowing that person all over again. The interesting thing at least for me and may be some other people is that when you grow up, mature and become independent in life you see more differences between yourself and other people even if they are your relatives. When you are young you do not pay attention to lots of details but later on in life you feel and sense differences a lot more which is not necessarily bad, you just learn to cope and tolerate everyone and try to look in positive sides more than negatives sides. That is why it is easier to find friends when we are younger!!

-Persian New year is close, about three weeks from now. I hope Iranian people get free of devilish regime in this coming New year.

Iran's bad situation...

I just read on Google news that Iran has cut off internet and has left millions of people without accessing to emails and social networks. These days I am sad and worried about Iran's situation. What will happen to Iran and Iranian people? I heard from my brother that everything is so expensive and prices go up day to day. People are so scared by government and nobody says anything. They are just stealing from people and put everything (Oil, Gas, etc) on sale to China and Russia and other allies that they have.

I truly hope that there won't be any war. U.S is seriously avoiding it but how far this can continue? I think the only solution is people start demonstrations in huge groups like millions of people come to street and make government off guard. If they do that U.S. and other Western countries will support them and may be can over throw theses vampires!!

May god help these people. Amen.
